What are your sources and themes?

I start from different things, experiences and feelings.
Subsequently, they materialize in works with themes springing from consumerism, as a distancing from personal expression in favor of anonymous and mechanical properties, the interaction with a reality, which can be imaginary or concrete to themes that aim the contrast, experiencing contrastive states as well as their manifestation.

Do you have an "Ars Poetica"? What are the values ​​that guide your artistic practice?

I think the environment we live in has a pretty big influence on artistic practice. Reporting the local to the global, also different personalities and events in the field of visual arts.

Both.

How much does your art depend on the location / space you work in?

I prefer brighter spaces. Light is an important factor. Otherwise, it should be a clean space where I can lay out my papers.

How do you drive yourself to an active state in moments without any inspiration?

I always try to get busy with something. I like to look at the works of other artists, the artistic activity of some is impressive! I think ideas come by working.

How do you see the relationship between intention, planning, execution and the final product?

I’ve always liked to think about each stage, so that there is unity between the concept and the manner it is presented in. Working a lot on paper, I have always been challenged by its display. In this way, I started to think about ways of displaying that would be related to the concept.

How do you relate to the international artistic context?

I’ve always liked to watch artistic events from a different context than the local one. Sometimes there are visions, different approaches that contribute to the enrichment of the artistic experience.

Are there landmarks in your biography that have influenced your journey?

I think it has been a natural journey. Drawing was a way of observing and becoming aware that I have often associated with different things, experiences or feelings. Of course, there have been stages, but each one contributed to my development.
